Get Assistance

Selecting a new career is hard and if you are unsure  where to start, take these career assessments. They will help you uncover your strengths and interests, as well as explore various career options. Free to all Mission College students. MBTI/SII (Personality & Interest) Assessments are two assessments recommended to be used together for a comprehensive look at your personality traits and career interests.


Eureka is an online, comprehensive career exploration tool specializing in California occupational and educational information. It provides detailed job descriptions, salaries, training requirements, personality, and skills assessments.


Career Coach, avalible to all Mission College students through My Portal under "Student Success Tools," provides a quick or detailed assessment to help you discover majors, in-demand careers, and education based on your interest.

Student Jobs at Mission College

Students at Mission College can earn money while working on-campus and attending school at the same time. When available, on-campus employment opportunities will be posted on Handshake and students are encouraged to make an account to start their job search for and begin connecting with employers.

  • SAO 1: Students that meet with a Career and Transfer Center staff member to explore careers will receive an occupational outlook data report.
  • SAO 2: Students that meet with a Career and Transfer Center staff member to explore transfer campuses will receive transfer information packets.
